Terms of Use
These pre-release terms describe the intended rules for LinkBid accounts and marketplace access. They require approval by Fuel Wood Spatar GmbH before production registration is opened.
1. Service and operator
LinkBid is operated by Fuel Wood Spatar GmbH and is designed to connect advertisers seeking website placements with publishers offering editorial inventory. Company and contact details appear in the legal notice.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly update information that changes. Accounts may not be transferred or used to impersonate another person or organization.
3. Marketplace roles
An account may act as an advertiser, a publisher, or both. Publishers retain editorial control and may reject a placement request. A listing does not guarantee acceptance, publication, link attributes, duration, or performance unless those terms are expressly agreed for an order.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use LinkBid for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or abusive activity; interfere with platform security; scrape protected areas; or attempt to access another user's account.
5. Pre-release limitations
The current marketplace contains illustrative offers and does not yet enable deposits, orders, withdrawals, Stripe, or PayPal. Features may change before commercial launch.
6. Privacy and changes
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Material changes to approved terms will use a new version and require renewed acceptance where appropriate.
